JoshuAI Bardwell is a free, fan-made AI assistant that provides answers to FPV drone questions using information from Joshua Bardwell's publicly available livestream transcripts. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and retrieve relevant video clips.

This service is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Joshua Bardwell in any way. All video content and transcripts referenced by this service remain the intellectual property of Joshua Bardwell.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses provided by JoshuAI are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. The service is intended for informational purposes only. You should:

• Always verify critical information with official sources before acting on it.
• Exercise special caution with safety-related information, including battery handling, soldering, and flight regulations.
• Not rely solely on this service for regulatory compliance (FAA rules, Remote ID requirements, etc.).

User Accounts

You may use the service as an anonymous guest (with limited functionality) or sign in with a Google account for full access. When authenticated, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Anonymous users are limited to one conversation thread and a restricted number of messages. Signed-in users have access to persistent chat history and extended usage.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI system.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Impersonate Joshua Bardwell or misrepresent AI responses as his direct advice.

Advertisements

The service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. These ads help support the operational costs of running the service. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate.

In no event shall the creators of JoshuAI Bardwell be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages from following advice provided by the AI assistant.

Intellectual Property

Transcript content referenced by the service is the intellectual property of Joshua Bardwell. The JoshuAI Bardwell application code and brand are separate from the referenced content.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
